If the heart palpitations during pregnancy are due to some deficiencies like anemia, taking foods rich in iron and vitamin C like liver, eggs, red meat, raisins, prunes, green vegetables and apricots might help. If it is due to magnesium deficiency, taking foods rich in magnesium like nuts, wheat bran, legumes and green vegetables might help.
If the heart palpitation in pregnancy is due to medications, replacing with alternative medications may help. Change in lifestyle and avoiding caffeine, nicotine and alcohol may also help to minimize the symptoms.

Your doctor will may perform some tests like 24 hrs ECG to rule out any possibility of heart disease.
