This is one question I am fully qualified to answer. I have lived and experimented with everything under the sky for over 60 years. I have the severest form of asthma and moderate COPD. I can not put all of my knowledge gained in this format, but I will give you some important pointers. No room here for explanations.1. Never ever get constipation. I mean never ever.2. Become a vegetarian - yes, I do mean that.3. Eat more of the vegetables which minimize bloating.4. Eat a lot of SPINACH. Yes, that is right.5. Eat vegetables, like squash, green beans, etc.6. Eat lots of fruit.7. Eat carbohydrates, but try to to minimize.8. Drink lots and lots of room temperature water.9. No sweet colas or sweet stuff.10. When you feel short of breath, drink hot water. Believe it or not I have been doing it for decades. Water right out of tap. You have to decide what you want to do.11. Deep and hard yogic breathing.12. Yogic stretching for flexibility.13. Some weight lifting. I do dumbles only.14. Live a worry free clean life. You must do these sincerely. Then, let me know how you feel.Must tell your doctor prior to proceeding.

Ginger Root Tea. Look it up on line. Works wonders for me and opened up my bronchial tubes!

Try red mushrooms or ganoderma. Then, you'll say "Finally!, I'm asthma free!"
