program? I know that I need to lose some body fat and eat better. I do really well for about 1 - 2 weeks, then I get off track again. What can I do to stay motivated and dedicated to my routine?

This is the problem with most people. They start all motivated, and within a few weeks they lose it all. Just keep picturing yourself the way you want to be and keep working hard until you get there! Something that will help, is after about 2-3 weeks, once you see that what you are doing is working, you'll realize, wow, this is really working, and that will help keep you motivated. But the hard part is when you progress slows down dramatically or even stops. Just keep on keeping on, and I promise you, you will get through that wall. You may have to work a little harder for it, but just think of how you will look afterward. Also a GREAT way to teach yourself valuable lifeskills (discipline, determination...) Nothing of value ever comes without being earned!

You need to give yourself one day a week where you can eat whatever you want (with moderation of course) That will help you mentally to stick to your diet.

Just keep in mind that for ANYTHING to become a habit you have to do it 21 times. After three weeks it will be a lot eaiser,
