Hepatitis????

Is it true that Hepatitis develops from contaminated water and food????????Am confused cos today the doctor i saw said that it was through that but i just did my own research and there is nothing in the info i found that mentioned that it arises when one consumes contaminated water or food. Please help.......

hepatitis A can be SPREAD THROUGH food and water ... hepatitis b and hepatitis c is blood to blood ...there is also hepatitis d e and f look it up ... google search HEPATITIS

Hepatitis may spread by pleaded water and food, blood transfusion causes also.i think it is liver infection and infection are caused by viruses and virus can be transferred by these sources.
