How to get rid of stress for a 15 yr old girl?

Yoga, and Exercise. Believe it or not, these two will help alleviate stress. :-) Also if it's stress from school, try some relaxing music when you get home, and take a short power nap for about 15-20 minutes, or just close your eyes and rest them. Then get up and do your homework, or chores that you have to do. PS: Don't put the music loud. Make it a very faint soft tone. This will help relax you too.PS: You're in the Toddler section. What you need to do is,work out why your stressed in the first place and take it from there.Try and decide which steps would be best for you.Try some of the advice by other Answers but remember to deal with the real problem that has you feeling lke this.

I'm 17 at the moment, when i was 15, i was really stressed after losing my grandma to a bad heart and watching one of my best mates ever die in my arms after being hit by a car. the only way i got rid of the stress, is not by smoking or drinking which is wat people think but i layed on the lounge room floor with relaxation music and essences burning. After a couple of months, i had no worries with stress. Everytime i get stressed now i just play the relaxtion music and burn essences, it works a treat, he/she just has to let the relax for a couple of hours, it's good for the parents as well.
