acne problems?

i am a 17 year old boy.. i have horrible acne. i don't like washing my face. its too much work is there any ways to get rid of my acne another way

You don't like to wash your face?? It's kinda necessary if you want to rid your face of acne.Dirt isn't the only cause of acne...it's mainly hormonal but for good hygiene you should clean your face at least twice a day. Just don't over-wash it.

Basically you have to wash your face,but acne colud be also due to dandruff and genes.Be patient and keep your self clean and this problem should be solved within 2-3 years.
