I am a 25 year old and i am living with major joint pain. I have been to many doctors and because I dont have health insurance, They refuse o treat me. I am tired of limping around like im 60 years old. I want a normal life. And lots of answers to why its like this.I have looked up lots of things that it could be and I found that i have almost all of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. I have tried to apply for med. assistance but i make to much money. And paying for the ER is so much more than i can afford. But thank you for trying.

You may need to go to a community clinic. Drs are not supposed to refuse you treatment. If your joints are swollen and red at times you may have reumatoid arthritis. That is about the only thing that would affect the joints of someone your age. Or maybe an autoimmune disease such as lupus. but if the drs you see won't treat you you can go to an ER tell them you are having pain and where and they have to see you and treat you without any question of your ability to pay. you may qualify for medicaid if you are found to have an autoimmune disease such as the ones I mentioned
