I have bad shoulders from years ago from football. They sub-locate, pop, and it causes a very bad pain. What can i do to help them with my martial art training?

Talk to your doctor. Stay loose, stretch daily.Aspirin is good for inflammation, not just pain. And savior after a hard work out is ice. Lots of ice.

go see a doctor and explain the problem, if possible ask explicitly if they could refer you to a physio just to get some exercises that may help. (sub locating may be because from doing the same exercise for football over and over, 1 muscle group is overpowering another causing the pop etc) The physio will most probably give you some fairly good exercises and stretches to do, it most probably won't cure your problem, but it will help it.

chripractor. find a chiropractor that lets you visit AT LEAST once a week.god I remember the days before I had a chiropractor... lemme tell you, daily training with frequent hard sparring (striking and/or grappling) is not that smart a move if you dont have a chiropractor.

Go see a physiotherapist and get this pain diagnosed. They will give you a stretching and strengthening program to fix the problem.
