...cold...Please help!? Last night I went running outside. It was about 25 degress F. I started to experience chest pain an tightness while I was running. (I know its not related to a heart attack I am only 21) I didn't think anything of it because this has happened to me in the past when I run in the cold. Today, I am still having chest tightness and soreness and I am knda achey. I wouldn't be concerned except for the fact my sister is 40 weeks pregnant and I don't want to give her or the baby anything. Has this happened to anyone else a day after running? Thanks!

my indoor track season is at a track with a hockey arena in the middle, so i had a lot of lung pain, because it was my first season. i dont know how cold 25 degrees F is, i know temperatures in Celsius only, but either you'll become accustomed to it, or it was too cold for normal running, and it will take a few days. running in cold air is really hard on your lungs, but by refraining from hard physical activity for a few days, you should be fine. if it stays for a while, see a doctor.good luck!
