Does it work? Yes, I understand how it works and what it is all about. But I would like to hear testimonials/opinions if possible.

I’ve tried hypnotherapy, and while I understand that for some, having someone wave their hand around and tell them they don’t want to smoke is a very real answer (which is fine for them), it was not for me.I do actually believe that for some, it may actually have some merit, so I agree that if you do feel you really need something, you’ve tried the gums or patches or pills and didn’t have as much success as you hoped, or you want to get completely away from the oral gratification approach because it just reminds you of smoking, then hypnotherapy may be viable.Hypnosis has actually been an effective method for smoking cessation for some. You are essentially training your subconscious mind to receive stop smoking suggestions, which is an aspect of positive thinking that I do agree with. There are two ways to address the subconscious directly. Hypnosis (or suggestions made under deep relaxation), channel directly into our subconscious and affect us almost immediately. Another is repeating the same phrase to yourself over and over. Many hospitals and medical centers sponsor Smoking Cessation with Hypnosis programs. Acupuncture and acupressure are still more eastern medicine than western medicine, but are readily available from competent practitioners. I still feel these methods simply don’t deal with the deep, underlying reasons of WHY we smoke however. I feel that this is what is essential to wiping these issues out forever.Download the free chapters at the following website for more information.Good luck, I've been there.
