My husband's sinusitis is getting worse and he's been to doctor which gave him lots of medicines and inhalers but still of no good.

What are the best home remedies for sinusitis since we don't want to go to doctors anymore as we are also out of budget.

Thanks.

Drink plenty of fluids to help keep your mucus thin.
Breathe moist air from a humidifier, hot shower, or sink filled with hot water. Increase home humidity, especially in the bedrooms. (If you are allergic, keep humidity under 50% to prevent mould and dust mite growth.)
Use oral decongestants, decongestant nasal sprays, or mucus-thinning agents. Do not use a nasal spray longer than three days. Avoid products containing antihistamines.
Use salt water nasal wash to help keep the nasal passages open and wash out mucus and bacteria. It may also help to gargle with warm salt water by using one teaspoon of salt per pint of water.
Use non prescribe medicaltions such as pain relievers and decongestants (such as nasal spray) to relieve symptoms.
If you need to blow your nose, do it gently. Forceful blowing may force thick mucus back into your sinuses and block them. Keep both nostrils open when blowing your nose.
Breathing in garlic fumes may helps.Hope this tips will help you.
