...plateau? For the past 6 monthes, i totally changed my life style. I eat very healthy and have a lot of self control. I work out as much as i can in addition to sports games and practices and i have dropped my weight from 178 down to 137. But lately i can't get the scale to move at all in the weight loss direction and i don't know how to change that. I'm not sure if just cutting back calories will do it because i know that i dont eat over 1200 a day if even at all close. Can anyone help me?

I promise try this...it will be the last thing you ever do!!! As long as you cleanse your body....you will be fine....it's like giving yourself and oil change..... My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 13 pounds in 9 days:).....check out this site…cleansewithcgnj. comIt only costs 125$ for a nine day cleanse….which replaces 26 meals!!!!...so you will actually save money….that’s my favorite thing about it!It will change your life:)

IF your diet is as low as you say it is (check for hidden calories or correct portion sizes), what has happened is that your body has gotten used to your exercising routine. So, at this point, you are simply maintaining. You need to intensify and lengthen your exercise. This will burn more calories each day, so that you can reach the 500 calories burned you need to lose a pound a week. T
