first of all dont even think about drugs. Second make a scedual and stick to it i do 10 push-ups when i wake and 20 befor i goto bed. if you can afford equiptment then i would say to buy dumbells but not heavy its better to do more then to use more weight and do less. also when your watching or tv left dumbells it makes it easier if you just take your mind off lifting and keep reading or wtaching the televison. Also something i like to do if if you can get someone lay down flat put your legs up and have them push them down and try to not let them hit the ground it grows muscle in the lower absyour friendly 13 year oldJaren

Well, i am like you im 16, weigh about 160 and about 5'8". i myself use the protein powder cytogainer. i have used it for just over a year, and have seen great results the only drawback i see about cytogainer is that is full or calories which is good, but too much might make you gain weight which you do not want. Just stick to good old fashion cretin and a high protein diet. If you are worried about fat, choose leaner protein options. Also, about 50% of the protein you eat is burned for energy, so if you eat too much, that extra energy will be stored as fat.
