fitness? I'm 32, in OK shape, but really want to get in ripped form. The problem is, I'm having a hard time giving up my selfish desires. . .food, the occasional cigarette, etc.Anything y'all can say to me will be much appreciated, although I know that motivation has to come from within me. Thanks in advance! - LC

Alright, Im 16 years old, and i dont work out regularly either. sometimes i feel like i want ripped abs too so that i can look like the guys all the girls want. Ive found out though that my closest friends don't really care all that much about how i look. i mean i look decent and im not too fat but i know what you mean about being all muscular and all. Anyway, i found that alot of people, at least the good ones, dont care if you are normal looking or if you are of the model physic. So my advise to you, as a kid, is not to overanylise what you are thinking and just know that you are a beautiful person. After you learn to like how you look on the inside it will be alot easer to change your outside cuz you wont being changing for the wrong reasons. Thats just my perspective. thanx for listening, and i know what you are going through.
