i diet and exercise and i was wondering what i could use to speed up the process because i'm getting married in the 5 months and i want to lose a few LBS. for the trip to bora bora, so whats the best?
having pills wont be a gud idea 4 sure....try some other idea...mail me for some!!! 5 months is hell lot time to reduce 20 pounds
The diet pills only increase your energy and may help you burn a little more fat. You can try Hydroxycut, if you are already working out. The best solution to losing the pounds is to increase your work-out. Add a few more weights or run/walk faster and/or longer. If you can run a mile now...go for two miles. If you can bench 75lbs, increase it to 100lbs. But, to answer your question, Hydroxycut!!!

I just started on the phentermine (trying to lose weight for a wedding too =D , except i'm a bridesmaid) I'm only using it for a month. I don't feel hungry at all, but it makes me really thirsty so i drink water like nonstop. I probably eat like 100-200 calories a day. i can already tell a difference in my size after like 3 days (lost like 7 lbs.). I go jogging too, but i tried many pills. hydroxycut worked for like two days on me, but it doesnt really affect me anymore. so i had to try phentermine. Just go to the doctor and get prescription. I suggest you browse on the web to see if u meet the conditions to take it. I just had to like talk to my doctor, and ta da. that was it. or..maybe somewhere on the net sells them =P. but there are a lot of side effects that come with it. Later on, you get used to it though, so the side effects dont really affect you. If you take the first pill, and its too strong (that you can't sleep, i stayed up til like 5am unable to sleep). you can break the pill in half.(gives you less energy, but u still dont feel hungry). If you have the generic phentermine tablets, you can do that (thats what the pharmacist told me). well thats all the info i have on phentermine.

The best way is to eat right and exercise a lot of course. But I was not able to stick to my diet & exercise was a pain. 4 months back I started taking L-Tyrosine and that pepped me up to exercise regularly. I lost 14 lbs. but I still binge on ice-creams & sweets some days. If I want to stop my binge I keep half a quarter teaspoon of L-Glutamine under my tongue & the craving for sweets goes away. L-Tryptophan that our brain uses to produce serotonin helps curb sweet cravings but It's not available where I live. But please consult a good nutritionist when taking these amino-acids. I didn't but I don't mind risking my health, I guess. Read the book Amino Revolution by Robert Erdmann for more.
