so we have to eat some certain fish, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils for this one..? thanks for the information. it is really good to know that still we can have good blood pressure.

It is interesting news. Omega fatty acit has been known to help reduce your heart related disorders. That is why people who eat fish mainly (Eskimos) are at lower risk for heart diseases.
