What do you think are your priorities in your own personal development?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'personal development'. It could be developing a good character with good value systems or it could be personal growth or in a professional sense. So, it makes it hard to answer the question. If you mean 'personal growth', the first step for me is developing a healthy relationship with myself, learning to love myself and accept myself at precious and valueable yet willing to grow and change.Actually, before the above I had to increase my self-awareness trememdously which meant for me therapy to get an accurate self-asessment of where I am at. Also, very important is to become aware of old patterns that have become automatic reactions that are destructive to myself esteem or push people a way. Its far better for all concerned to have genuine responses to current situations that are not based on the past such as negative family messages I got growing up.
