it sounds like bronchitis but you won't know for sure until you go to the doctor.

visit your doctor. the doctor will ask you to have a chest x-ray. do not depent the diagnosis of your disease from other people. this is a communicable disease, and you may pass it to your love ones.

I had pneumonia and I kept coughing and coughing and couldn't stop and it got so bad I felt like I couldn't breath my throat was raw from coughing so much burning fever and my whole body hurt. it sounds like you need to go to the doctor for an antibiotic to get rid of it but if you feel like you can't breath go asap to the Dr.

Physician exam will determine if chest x-ray is needed which will determine pneumonia. Do yourself a favor don't take chances see a doctor.

Both have cough, fever, wheezes and may later experience body malaise. if its bronchitis, then your dry non productive cough will worsen at night and becomes productive the following days. Pneumonia is more complicated than bronchitis. But i suggest see your doctor for proper diagnosis and management.
