Pain in upper abdomen and sides?

earlier today I started having pain in my stomach. It has spread to my sides and become very severe. I don't know if it is serious because often stomach pain isnt. But then again it can be something serious. I just wanted to know what this might be.It is sharp pains in my stomach and dull aching in my sides. Could this be pancreitis? Also my stool looks greasy.

Probably the flu. Just deal with it and if it gets worse, go to a doctor.

it could be gas. that sounds kinda weird, but gas can be very painful. you have bowels and intestines all along the top of your stomach and down your sides. maybe take some Gas-X or some other medicine that gets rid of gas

Well have you suffered from such pain before?
How did the pain exactly start?
Does it feel better on bending?
Any aggravating or relieving factors?
Do you any history of sotnes.
