Maybe you should take her to another vet. I wouldn't wait.

Because she is a small dog, she should be seen by some one as soon as possible. It's better to spend a few dollars now and be safe. Please take her to an emergency vet or another vet . Don't wait for your vet to return. Is she eating and drinking? If not- don't wait - take her now. I always take my dogs in ASAP. It saved the life of my puppy.
