I've got a fully torn MCL (which I have no plan on doing anything about), and a partially torn ACL. On the advice of my ortho doctor I rehabbed my knee and postponed the surgery decision until after the rehab.
I elected not to have the surgery--it may never fully tear. Has anyone here done the same only to end up tearing it anyway? I've found I don't fully trust the knee like I used to and favor it when playing sports. Thinking I maybe should've gone ahead with surgery.
