I have just found out im prgnant but am experiencing

cramps to one side of my lower abdomen but no bleeding? The pain is like a period pain but is there more than it is not should i be worried please help

maby you should see your doctor just to be on the safe side as cramping on one side could indicate eptopic prregnacy. Which can be dangerous. hope this helps.

I hope it is just ligaments stretching in your pelvis - this does happen. But it could also be a tubal pregnancy, meaning the baby is in a fallopian tube instead of in your uterus. As the baby grows bigger, it gets too big for the tube, and that is what causes pain or cramping... Don't wait. Call your doctor. He'll do an ultrasound to see where the baby is.

i found out last nite that i was pregnant..went to the doc dis morn..im havin the same period like pains.. im booked in 4 an early scan wednesday to make syr evrthin is cool. so get urself checked out n put ur mind at rest!!!! good luck!!

Do this on urgent basis, don't delay this, it concerns your baby
