...months. There is a HUGE lump where the bone was. Any ideas? Like it says up there. Its been almost 3 months and I guess the bone is healed. I was playing a little basketball with it yesturday. It was sore. If you look at it though, it looks like a lame version of when it was broken. Its pretty crooked. But the Xrays show it pretty straight. The Doc says it'll go down, but he has a history of not setting bones right and stuff of that nature. Has anyone had this, if so, how long before the arm was normal, or atleast until the lump went down. Thanks

If you are the least bit concerned then I would get a second opinion and do it quick. Find a hand specialist. I have seen a general orthopedic completely mess up a young lady's forearm to the point she may never get back the function of the arm. From the forearm down is very complicated and hand specialists are best at fixing injuries to that part of the body.
