My brother and his missus suffered two traumatic miscarriages.However my baby neice made it through the coil, and was a very lovely surprise. xx

no not good ideayou need time to grieveevery pregnancy should be treated differentlyyou need to get your head straight firstobv there was a reason if someone decided on abortion and this is the reason they need to be at peace with before even considering another pregnancy

Everyone I know who has had a miscarriage has gone on to have another baby as soon as it was possible, it does help, although the worry and pain remains in you.

Why would you "replace" your baby after an abortion? You already decided you DID NOT want to be pregnant and have a baby, so you took care of it by having an abortion.

I knew someone who kept a diary of how they felt after they had lost their baby, it helped them get through it. They later went on to have a baby but only when the time was right.

you cant replace your baby with another one, even when you do have a child you will see it as its own being and you will still have feelings and thoughts of the first pregnancy, you will never forget and you may always regret your desicion or wonder what if anyway, this is normal and if you have anyone close to talk to talk to them, cry and cry some more you will be happy for a time then have another low about it so cry again do what you have to do to deal with it, but please dont think another baby will replace it coz it really wont, nothing could but you had your reasons and no body should judge you.. all the best sweetheart, and take care x
