It will help prevent acne. The sauna makes you sweat and opens your pores so that all the gunk and bacteria comes out. Just shower after to make sure your really clean

drying out your skin is the best way. i suggest swimming in pools alot because chlorine is a great way to keep acne away!

no!! it might seem to, at first!! drying it out and all!! but, saunas can be very dangerous if you are in them quite a lot!! it's not good for the body to be in & out of extreme temperatures all of the time!!! you are also not supposed to be in one for more than 10 minutes at a time!!! at least that is what my doctor told, me once!!!

Saunas are excellent for opening pores and cleaning them up. it's more of a preventive help. However, be sure to wash your face prior to sitting in one. Swimming is the best bet on clearing up existing acne. The chlorine keeps you face germ free and it is a drying agent. Make sure you wash your face after swimming and use a good mild moisturizer, that won't clog pores. I highly recommend Cetaphil. It is very good for skin that has tendency to break out. Sometimes acne is caused by keeping your skin to dry, and it makes more oil to compensate. So wash your face morning and evening, and moisturize after each, as well as stated above with the sauna and pool. Your skin will glow in know time! Best of luck!
