tetracycline. It is an antibiotic commonly used for acne. It has to be taken on an empty stomach to absorb the correct amount; it doesnt matter when you eat, as long as you are on an empty stomach when you take it. For best results, try to take it an hour before food. Try taking it every night before bed, or around 2:00 every day.try to take it at the same time every day. Itll take about a week to show solid results.Diet has not been shown to be connected to skin issues.

Diet is key factor in skin issues.... drink around 2 litres of water a day, without fail!! It has a masive and quite immediate (within about 3-4days) effect on your skin.... And don't stress, as that makes it worse...

I was using doxycline 100mg per day(one tablet). It really worked for my acne. I took it at the same time each day usually an hour before bed. Read instructions if your not sure. I didnt want to take medication any more so I had a food intorance test at the health food shop holland and barratt. it cost £45. It found that I was intolarant to diary products which might of been triggering my acne, I have now taken diary out of my diet and subsituted it with diary alternatives. It been a couple of days and no sign of a new pimple. Maybe you should try having an intorance test to see what foods your body doesnt like. It might help.good luck
