It might b because if you are eating before you run, if not, see a doctor.

If you mean chest as in your chest cavity AKA your heart, then yes; you should let a doctor know. If you mean chest as in breast region, then I wouldn't be too concerned. I remember having weird pains in that area even AFTER I thought my breasts had stopped growing. Sometimes it's just cramping in the muscles, sometimes it's just your chest reacting weird to the motion of running. If it continues to get worse, I might look into it.
