Some lotions contain a high amount of water and you dont want to use those. There is a lotion that has a plus sign on the front of the bottle and smells like baby powder that you might want to try, sorry I dont know the name.

There is a wonderful line of products called Arbonne that has really helped me in that area. It is a little expensive when you first buy the whole set of products, but they all run out at different times so you don't have to buy them all at once again. If you sign up as a distributor you can get yours cheaper. You can order them online.I'm seriously not spamming, I just love the product. It has made my skin feel completely different.

Lately due to my uneven skin tone my mother and I have been using the body shop's Spa Wisdom Africa Spa Salt Scrub and it has been working. There are some moisturizers in it as well so as it takes off the dead skin it moisturizes it. In addition to using this 2 times a week you should invest in an exfoliating cloth.
