At what age are men supposed to start getting the yearly prostate exam?
I will definitely put it off as long as I can, but also don't want to go without it when I need it.

Age 45 is when it's recommended, though if ou show any symptoms or are in a high risk group you can get one, or your doctor might order one, earlier.

Well... American Cancer Society recommends every four years for 50+ but if you start sooner you'll be safer.
Here are some of the symptoms that might lead to prostate cancer
Signs of Prostate Problems
Frequent urge to urinate
Blood in urine or semen
Painful or burning urination
Difficulty in urinating
Difficulty in having an erection
Painful ejaculation
Frequent pain or stiffness in lower back, hips, or upper thighs
Inability to urinate, or
Dribbling of urine
Hope this helps
