You file where you reside. You might need to be there for 6 months before -hand, but that is usually all it takes.

Yes one can obtain a US divorce of a foreign marriage. Contact an attorney in your area. I also suggest you make every attempt to save your marriage. Divorce is one of the worst things one can suffer. I wish you the best.

If one of them is american yes or nationalized yes. I am an american and married in Sweden. I can get divorced in US or in Sweden. Both countries will recognize both my marriage and divorce.
