Legs and feet problems???

In my lower legs and feet, I always feel like there is some kind of vibration going on inside! It goes on and off, on and off and on my left foot, 2 of my toes are completely numb! I pinch them and I don't feel anything! Would anyone have an idea what's going on before I go crazy?? Should I worry or get used to it?? Any advice would be highly appreciated!!

Get to a doctor. You may have an inpingement of some sort.This could get fixed.

what do you mean by vibration?like a tingling sensation? what were you doing prior to that? were you sitting? standing?well, i suggest you see a doctor so they can run some tests on you and give you some medications if you need it. Goodluck!

It could be a couple of different things. You could have a degenrative disc in your back- which causes nerve sensations. You could also have nerve damage, which they will put you on some medication and/or physical therapy. I have nerve damage in my legs from previous surgery and I was taking Lyrica for a while. I got off of the medication though and am learning how to live with it by taking Vitamin B. If you go to a health store they have serval different herbal options to try which actually work. I suggest you go see a nerologist though- they will run some tests- be=asically putting these shock things on your legs and feet and measuring the nerves. It hurts but it isn't as bad as it seems.
