havent lived with in 10 yrs, he lives in diff state? i downloaded divorce papers from site, but dont know how to file...he isnt against it, just too darn lazy to do it...plz, any info... my b/f lives in belgium and we want to get married so we can end the long distance part...

I got my Law firm from the newspaper and did everything by mail; total cost, about $400. Had to send papers for him to sign, and that was it.

u need a lawyer to help you out but u have papers so it wont cost u that much at all...
