i have a constant infection in my throat and my doctor just laughs at me as it wont go.it feels like i have a constant lump in my throat and when i swallow it feels like a click.when i swallow my food it goes down so slow sometimes it feels like it hasn,t moved.could anyone answer this question for me.i am running out of answers?..

I would definitely see a different doctor. Try gargling with warm salty water, also go see your pharmacist today and explain to them and get something to help in the meantime.
