I have acne on my back, chest and upper arms....

...I've tried lots of medicines, but they don't really work. I'm wondering if there are any natural ways to get rid of the acne (like sitting in the sun, or something like that). If there aren't, then if you could give me the names of some reliable medicines that would help. I've already tried differin, an antibiotic, and proactive.

i heard proactiv was really good. but since it didnt work for you, maybe oxy? if you do get oxy get the oxy pads not the facial wash thing. thats what i use on my face and sometimes on my upper arm and back. and dont eat a lot of candy or anything with a lot of sugar in it cus it causes you to break out. like chocolate. try not to eat it.

i use neutrogena oil free acne wash on my face and oil free body scrub on my back. the face wash may dry out your face a little but i use velocity lightweight moisturizer and it keeps my skin clear and moist. my friend uses st. ives apricot scrub and it works great too.

Try Mary Kay's Velocity Cleanser and Moisturizer. My husband has the same problem. He uses that and loves it! It's made a really big difference.
