Please help me get rid of my acne?

I've had acne since 6th grade and now i am in 8th grade but they still dont go away. I've had proactive but they dont work. Can you tell me from your experince how you made your acne go away. I dont want to buy any products because they dont work. So tell me some was how you made your acne go away.

Have your parents take you to a dermatologist!! They can pin point the reason why you have acne and then they can perscribe the correct medication to clear you up!! Good luck

go to the dermotologist ask him about Retin A Micro....he ahould also give you some antibiotics....but remember one thing....it took a while for your acne to get there so it will take a while for it to go away....be patient....mine is still clearing up but at least doesnt make me scream everytime i look in the mirror! What works for me is washing my face in the morning when i wake up and at night before i go to bed with neutrogena acne wash and every other day i use a Tea Tree Oil scrub from The Body Shop in the shower. I wash my face first with the neutrogena and then i use the scrub right before i get out of the shower. Be sure to moisturize eveytime you wash your face so your skin doesnt dry out. If your acne doesnt improve then i would go to a doctor for some prescriptions. my doctor gave me a few because most of my acne is under the skin and thats what causes acne scarring so the prescriptions help bring the acne to the surface and clear out the skin.Good luck with the wash and scrub!

Hello David,Sorry you are having so much trouble with your skin but maybe the answer I am about to give you may help. My parents sent me to the doctor. I had severe acne. The doctor provided me with a perscription of Tetracycline and after the first two weeks I noticed a major difference in my skin He also provided me with Retin-A and that helped peel away dead skin tissue and provided me with a not so blemished face.
