ahh arthritis?

well im 14 and i crack my knuckles a lot, i have tried to stop but i do it when i dont even know it :O what is some ways i can stop? i can feel arthritis coming in already noo

Think of them snapping and braking your finger bones. That why I don't crack my finger it's just weird.

coincidence or not, the knuckles I used to crack when i was younger are the ones hurting more now that i have arthritis. I know I didn't get it by cracking my knuckles, but still.. sucks now that I think back.So, maybe you should consider trying to stop. Just in case.
