in pain... resembles severe asthma? I guess the question says it all. This has been going on for a few years for her, but it seems to be becoming more frequent. Sometimes, so far only during sex, she will begin to hyperventilate and, in many cases, pass out within SECONDS. I jump for an albuterol inhaler that her doctor prescribed (thinking this is asthma) and it tends to help. I have to give her puffs on intake breaths, which are labored and sporadic when she's unconscious. She eventually comes to (although I CAN wake her up with a splash of cold water...), with severe chest pain, is very cold, and very weak. This fades within half an hour.Just recently she had the worst attack of all. Passed out within three seconds of symptom onset, remained unconscious for nearly ten minutes (twice bucked in severe pain, once woke up for about fifteen seconds). Scared me to death.SO! Of course I will twist her arm to go see a doctor (she's a bit phobic) but I want to see if I can find any other experiences with this!?!Okay, this is SOMETIMES. Maybe one in four. We both enjoy sex greatly, and frequently. It generally happens during or just after she orgasms.
