...alimony money if you settled for a certain amount in divorce court already I was just wondering if you went to divorce court and you got alimony from the guy and you didnt have to pay him anything but you settled to out of the kindness of your heart to get something can he still go back and get alimony since technically he didnt get any? Just a money agreement that was settled in divorce court?Its also her inheritance that he wants. Which by divorce law is a seperate property and cannot be touched whether they got it when married or not.

Not usually, as alimony is rarely awarded anyway. Also, once the decree is entered, very few items are able to be brought back to the table. The Child support and visitation are all I know that aren't permanent after the divorce is final.
