Just file the papers and server her. or better yet go to an attorney and let her take care of the situation.ayfr

You can still file in the state in which you live and she can be contacted through the mail. If you don't know where she is, your attorney can get an investigator to hunt her down. Since you have already been separated for so long, it may actually make the process go a little more smoothly assuming there are no assets to really divide.
