...lower stomach area.? it happens about once a month .I would get this pressure like feeling in the bottom of stomach and a feeling like something is blocked inside of me.I can't pass gas or make a bowel movement the whole time I am feeling this way.I get really bloated and it hurts so bad that I have to sit down. sometimes it goes into my lower back as well.Sometimes it happens before my period and sometimes it happens after.It last about two days at a time.But it happens every month at random times.

I think its either bad cramps or maybe constipation? But the part about pain going into your lower back also makes it sound like a kidney infection. A friend of mine had the same problem, but it didnt seem to have anything to do with her period. Turns out she did have a kidney infection, so i think if it persists you should go see your doctor asap
