My GF switched birth control and we had sex 2 days after is she still protected? my gf switched from ortho tri cyclen lo to YAZ recently and i was wondering if she was still protectedi hear that she was but idkwe might have done it while she was on her placebos for the ortho but i forget the exact date.regardless, was she protected during the switch to Yaz or not?i didnt ejaculate inside her

most doctors advise a 7day safety time between pills and if you miss one etc - jsut to make sure - you are prob fine but i suggest you use extra protection for the 1st 7days - if you didnt come inside her then it should be ok :)

yeah she's fine i switched birth control and fucked the same day and well i was protected as long as she's on the pill, patch, vaginal ring, or shots she's fine it's her not taking them or not being on them U have to worry about
