get in the bathroom and turn on the hot shower--steamy as possible. you don't even have to get in, just shut the bathroom door and let the hot steam hydrate your lungs. let it run 10 minutes or longer, then stay in as long as the steam is still good. and sleep with a humidifier in your room if possible. but first thing tomorrow go get your puffer baby you got to breate to live, K?
