Does murad acne complex work?

I was curious if anybody else had tried Murad Acne Complex,and if it worked for them?I don't have acne,I just get the ocassional blemish..BUT i get blackheads and whiteheads on my nose that i can't seem to get rid of.

Yeah, but is generally expensive. You could always try a drug store product first.
