I'm afraid you won't really have a sign in the first two weeks. Everyone is different ....you may get signs about 4 to 6 weeks later (when you are 2 to 4 weeks late) when you might notice yourself feeling a bit sick when you're getting hungry. Every woman is different. I knew I was pregnant within the first week. I had to make constant bathroom runs.
