Got a flu and cervical cancer shot in same

arm....ouooooouuuccccchhh? yah...I have to like hold it..it hurts to even put down let alone touch.plzzz do yall have any tips?

Usually, they won't give both shots in the same arm, but since they did, take Ibuprofen 600mg every 4 hrs and apply warm compresses to your arm where it hurts three times a day until it feels better. You could also use a heating pad. If your arm is red and/or swollen, call your doctor.

I've been there. The HPV shot is the one that hurts the most. It made my arm so sore where i could barely touch or move it. Tips: take a day off so you won't have to use your arm so much. The pain will go away on its own. I don't recommend taking any pills because its not good to mix drugs with vaccines. Maybe an icepack will help.
