Start a new discussion in most relevant forum category:
If your question is about heart related,post to "Heart Diseases" and so on. You will probably get quick answer by posting in related forum.Moderators and Administrators may move your thread if is it is incorrectly posted.

Write Descriptive Titles:
Please write titles that are descriptive of your post's content/topic. A clear topic title will help make this message board user friendly.Topics like “Help me” will be ignored.So try to post like “Help me I'm pregnant and I'm bleeding" ,this will draw attention of other members.

Don't create posts with nothing but a link:
If you are going to link to a news article for example, give a summary of it.

No spamming:
Don't spam the forum with things like affiliate links or link to your own site

Personal attacks against people will not be tolerated:
If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally.Racially disparaging language,Abusive messages are not tolerated, if found will be immediately removed and member may be banned with out any notice
