about the way of living .What and how i can do for this pain? My spine is declaying because of my 59 years .I can't take any calcium capsul . When I was a baby I fell from the seconf floor to the ground (about 30-40 steps) My uncle inject me 2times a day untile 10 years old and I 'm able to walk since that time with my unequal legs.( the left one is shorter than the right one) All of my important nerves are under the low spine ( almost near my ass ) .I don't know how to behave . Pease tell me how to do.
