you need to have a mono/Epstein Barr & thyroid antibodies test. I had these symptoms & it was an autoimmune attack on my thyroid. Hashimotos Disease...Look it up.Although it could be worse, it could just be an infection of sorts, but sounds like hashi's to me. Demand antibody test NOT TSH T4 Garbage!

Personally, it sounds like mono to me. I don't think it's cancer. I'm really thinking mono. The virus that causes mono lasts in your system for the rest of your life. It hits your organs and lymph nodes, which would explain why your armpits hurt and why your glands are swollen. When I had it, I was exhausted and sick for a month, and then the symptoms mildly remained for three more months. It's highly contagious, and can spread like wildfire just from coughing on your hand and then touching something that others use. That's why it's lightly called the "kissing disease". Good luck, I hope you feel better and I hope you can find a doctor who speaks english well! Keep going to the doctor, they'll eventually figure it out, despite the language barrior.
