...Slimmer? Im 5'7, 140 lbs, 16 years old. I work out, I have good arms, good back, good abs, and good chest * I take wrestling and I work out * but I feel that the side of my abs (obliques upto under my underarms ) its kinda like fat although Im pretty skinny/muscular. When I lay my arms down I can feel it on my biceps (the 'fat') Is this Normal? I mean alot of guys in the club are like thatBut they are also pretty fat. Its like the sides are straight down, rather than looking like..http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/1063532/2/istockphoto_1063532_six_pack_abs_in_underwear.jpg See that curve? and how the area like under his arms looks muscular? how can I get my body like that?

The easy answer is to lose weight. Building muscle in those areas is only going to make them poke out more. Do more cardio, decrease your caloric intake.

Get a NICE bicycle, and ride every where you go. I have for the last 12 years and I'm in great shape.

ab lounge seems to work great.but try ab exercises , just mod them out so your squeeze you sides really tight. seriously make sure you tense your abs whenever you work them out. doubles the results

Since you can't "spot reduce", meaning you can't pick a specific area in which to lose fat, you have to just continue with a cardio routine which will burn your overall fat. Also, doing lat pull downs, and standing side-crunches will increase muscle in this area, which tends to aid in fat burning and also decrease the appearance of fat. However, you seem to be SKINNY, if i had to judge by your height, weight, and age. Many wrestlers your age begin to suffer from eating disorders (or worse) due to a mental condition called BDD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Keep in mind also that you are only 16, and VERY far from being a fully developed man. Men reach their physical prime in their 30's, so you are barely post-pubescent. Be patient, keep working out and eating HEALTHY, and realize there are many more important things in life than muscles.
