For over a year I've had sinue problems. The headaches got so bad that I'd get sick to my stomach and sometimes throw up flem. My doctor has given me sprays and told me to take cold and sinus pills. I also was told I might have acid reflex problems, but a test showed I don't. Now about 2 or 3 months ago things got bad and I started to have cramps just above my belly button or on my lower side (both sides, but usually only one at a time). Sometimes eatting helps, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes I'm not hungry all day and sometimes I need to eat every 5 mins. Randomly though I get headaches and nausea and I cry myself to sleep with my feince not being able to help me and feeling bad. The other day I threw up nasty chunks and 2 days later today I had diarrhea (yellow, not that you needed to know lol). Nothing but sleep seems to help, but not always. It usually comes suddenly when I'm out. Gonna see the doc when I can, but thought advice would be nice. Thanks
